This is the registry subkey situation: it's empty!
For this reason, I think, no solution I have tried to re-register spotlight on Windows 10 Fall Creators, clean installation and so on: does not work.
The solution for me is re-populate this under key but how?

This is a "Windows" thing, that is, the problem is not likely related to the brand of computer.
You might find better answer at Microsoft forum:
