My laptop has been stuck on the start up logo for hours. It just keeps loading. I performed a hard disk check and got

Hi

Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

 

It means a replacement Hard Drive and/or a replacement Operating System.

 

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...
