Startup repair couldn’t repair my pc was working fine until got unplugged on accident.

It. Keeps failing to repair and won’t do anything else but take me to the same screen every time I restart it it was working fine till it got unplugged on accident. Everytime I restart it it takes me to hp screen then after that it takes me to a screen that asks me choose you’re keyboard layout I select one and it takes me to choose an option screen and it says troubleshoot and turn off  pc but when I hit troubleshoot it won’t let me use start up repair it won’t let me do anything

If someone give you an answer already sorry I was too lazy to scroll down but you can just get a thumb drive install a windows 10 image from another computer onto the thumb drive boot into it to your computer and just wipe your computer clean and install the image of windows 10 on your pc https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10

If you don’t know what to do or want to save your data I think a better option for you is to go to a repair shop like geek squad and ask them to repair your computer so your data can be safe hopefully
