I am still waiting to get the HP Care Pack registered that I purchased on February 13, 2022. I have received an email stating that I "would be receiving an email within 3-4 weeks after your product has shipped", but I still have not received anything. This was supposed to be shipped within 1-2 business days after my purchase but the HP Order Status page shows that is still shipping. I will not make any phone calls or any other communication methods that will cost me money just because my warranty expired AND YOUR COMPANY CANNOT FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATIONS. This is an absolutely abhorrent business practice.
I have also received an additional email stating that my Care Pack would be automatically registered "within 2-3 weeks of purchase" and I would get an email either confirming the registration or requesting product information WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED, ALTHOUGH I GET DAILY SALES PITCHES VIA EMAIL!!!!!
Please help!

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I have yet to receive any messages from anyone in HP Support. Can anyone please look into this for me? I am coming up on 2 months without coverage. I spent over $100 USD for this Care Pack and without being able to utilize it, it is a waste of money (money I could have used for other things).
