Great! Followed your advice and the error doesn't happen anymore. The error was happening only when I was browsing the web, not during the startup.

I tried what you suggested but it did not work. is it necessary to  uninstall HP Velocity via safe mode?

I have uninstalled HP Velocity in safe mode.

That works fine for me

Even my other machine do not have HP velocity  installed on it but it get that blue screen with above error code whenever visit ebay and try to login. any suggestion which can resolve the issue will be  much appreciated.
