Stream Laptop 14-ax0XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I really don't know much about computers, but I will do my best because I am desperate. I have only had my laptop (stream) for about a year and I have run out of storage. That being said, I have deleted EVERYTHING off of my computer and I still only have around 3 GB free. System and reserved is currently taking up 17 GB of storage, which seems excessive to me, and apps and games is taking up around 5 GB, despite having no apps or games downloaded that weren't on the laptop originally. I have run scans and have yet to find any viruses or trojans. If any one has any suggestions PLEASE let me know!!!

What is your machine EXACTLY ? Normal HP Stream machines only have 32GB of eMMC storage which is very small BUT they all have an SD card slot which supports 128GB (or 256GB) SD cards.

You can use that SD card to store your data/files. Some apps allow you to install on that SD card too.

Please try
