Automatic repair, when turn on it says something failed and ITLL restart but it’s been 2 hours on the same screen, did the turn off and on and press the ESC to go to a menu did the tests it said and it passed and now doing the resetting the PC

This is nearly always a Windows Update issue and by forcing the reset, you are now only making matters worse!

 

Why?

 

Because you will be setting the PC back in time, forcing Windows Update to run again to get it current, and probably end up where you are today.

 

I really wish folks would STOP treating a reset like a Miracle Cure when, with modern PCs, it often makes matters worse.
