My laptop is stuck in recovery automatic repair Loop. I did all the Diagnostics and it all came back as passed. Then it finally says in the boot screen inaccessible boot device. I just keep going in circles comes back to the same thing to the automatic repair. Appreciate any assistance I can get.

Hi:

 

If you have your data backed up and can lose everything on the hard drive, the easiest thing to do would be to use another PC running W7 64 bit and a 32 GB USB flash drive and create a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool.
