Everytime i turn my laptop on...it trys to load up by showing trhe hp sign for a few seconds then goes to a black screen. Ive tried hitting the F11 kep when it starts up so i can refresh it, it does go to the little menu when i hit F11 but then goes to black screen and wont do anything else. Ive also tried removing battery and holding down the start button for 60 secs which also doesnt work. Is their anything else i can try. Any help is much appreciated, thankyou 🙂

I suggest you run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests
Depending on the results, please contact HP Support to either order the Recovery Media to Reset the Notebook if the Test pass or replace any hardware components based on the results

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
