Hi @Imddevil,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If your HP PC is stuck on the boot or UEFI diagnostics page, here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Basic Troubleshooting Steps
- Power Cycle the PC
- Shut down the PC completely.
- Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).
- Press and hold the power button for 15–20 seconds.
- Reconnect the power and try booting again.
- Exit UEFI Diagnostics
- If you're on the UEFI diagnostics screen, look for an "Exit" or "Restart" option.
- Use arrow keys to navigate and press Enter to select.
- Check Boot Order in BIOS
- Restart the PC and press Esc, F10, or F2 (depending on your model) to enter BIOS.
- Go to the Boot tab and ensure your internal hard drive/SSD is listed first.
- Save changes and exit.
- Run Full Diagnostics
- If you're stuck on the diagnostics page, run the full system test to check for hardware issues.
- Note any error codes or messages that appear.
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
