Hey crew,
I believe I was hacked by a virus that max's out your memory and I suspect after my attempts at trying to eradicate it, the virus also somehow changed my admin user password to login into my pc. So now, even in f11 recovery mode it ask's for my username password before it will allow me to go into command prompt or any type of resetting of my pc. Side note: I'm willing to wipe everything but I do not have a disc, flash drive or my Microsoft key because its a notebook and has an (automated recovery drive I can't access).
I have already tried sfc scannow (that failed) I tried the DISM and that (failed). At one point I was able to use command prompt without having to type a user password (that the virus changed) and I even did the "net user" thing to wipe the passwords from all users and it said it worked but the catch is I didn't see my username listed. I only saw admin, defaultaccount and guest, my username should have been on the command prompt list but I saw nothing. And yes, I typed whoami and that failed too. I'm out of tricks, please advise if possible.

Hi:
You can reinstall W10 as follows...You posted 32 bit but HP hasn't supported 32 bit operating systems for a few years now.
The windows product key is in the BIOS. You don' t need it to reinstall W10.
Just select the version of W10 from the list the product key is good for when the installer gets to that screen.
Also, when you get to the part where you are asked 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space and let W10 install.
That way you will have the maximum amount of drive space for a couple of programs and future Windows updates.
You can reinstall W10 by making a USB installer from the Media Creation Tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your specific model Stream 14's support page.
