Product: Laptop Model 14-dq1033cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode
I recently bought this laptop for work and I'm trying to switch from Window 10 S to Home because I need to install some app that are not in the store. I'm following the instructions they give me when I bought the product, but the error keep jumping in my screen: "TRY THAT AGAIN. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help" then code: 0x80131500 and CV: s/DPzVdeHUSeOQ6F
I don't know how to solve it now, and I need to keep working, if someone were so kind to help me I'll be immensely grateful!
