It says "System Board (00A) product is missing" at start up. How do I fix this?

Hi,

The error refers to information that is missing from the bios chip - this will rquire a dmi tool to re-tattoo the information onto the chip.

My advice would be to contact HP and arrange for this to be carried out at an authorised service centre.

If you live in the US, contact HP Here.

If you are in another part of the world, start Here.

Regards,
