well unfortunately this indicates that the dvd does not correspond to this pc!
If the label with the product key is still legible, it is possible to reinstall the pc with a Windows DVD

Thanks. That was the solution Cheryl gave me. I downloaded it and activated the windows only that it has no recovery manager and no Peripheral Bluetooth driver and who knows what else.

So we probably said that you just have to get the device drivers from the product page.

recovery manager can only be used if the recovery partition is still functional !
