I’ve tried a system recovery on my notebook, not sure on name but the serial number is [removed per Rules Of Participation] doing this and attempting to reboot it has apparently deleted or has a malfunctioning Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology??

can someone advise me on how to resolve this as I followed all steps to do myself but as this is missing I’ve been advised to get more support.

@Dan127 Welcome to HP Forums Community!

I see that you've got an HP Notebook - 15-ba144na, and if you've had issues since the system recovery was initiated, the best and only way to resolve this concern, is to perform a hard reset using the steps mentioned here, followed by re-initiating the recovery process as per the HP Guideline by clicking here for steps.

If the recovery partition no longer works, you may want to consider getting a recovery media using the steps mentioned here and then try the above link for the guided steps to reinstall the OEM version of the OS.

Also, if everything apart from the Intel Rapid storage is working fine, I suggest updating the BIOS using this link: Click here

Let me know how that pans out,
