System restoration incomplete

Hi,

I started a system recovery but the process failed to complete. 

An error message was returned "the system cannot find the drive specified"

I did a system fast test and the Hard Drive Short DST check failed (Failure ID: U36J1Q-93JCSM-MFPURG-60WT03).

How may I resolve this issue

OS is windows 10 32-bit

Hi:

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

If you plan on fixing your notebook, you may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).

You can reinstall W10 by making a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:

Make the 64 bit installation media because there are no W10 32 bit drivers for your notebook and it originally came with W10 64 bit.

Download Windows 10

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
