Hello everyone, I have a problem with my laptop Pavillon power 15 (2018).


When playing games, and sometimes even when watching movies, the laptop suddenly starts to ventile and then turns off (which seems to be a security procedure).


When I turn it on again, the following message occurs :

At first, I thought it was because my cooling system was dirty. But it has been cleaned, and the thermal paste has been changed by professionals.


However, the problem still occurs and I've been told that the security procedure starts at 70°C, which appears to be quite low.

Thank you in advance for your help, I'm a bit despered right now.
