Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 IDS Base Model
I have HP Victus Laptop 16z-e000 ProdID 2V8Y9AV that will not complete reset of Windows 11 Pro
System was randomly freezing, or shutting down, or rebooting. Have been unsuccessful in resetting operating system.
Freezes or reboots.
Presently installed fresh Windows 11 pro 24h2
All HP hardware tests run have been flawless. Temperatures are all optimum.
For three months the system ran Proxmox Server flawlessly: virtual windows 11 and 10 ran without issue. Debian, Ubuntu, and assorted container implementations.
Tried the native Windows 11 Pro 24h2 once again and barely completed install. Will run briefly but still randomly reboots or freezes.
