Product: PC torre HP EliteDesk 800 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I want to upgrade TPM version from 1.2 to 2.0 but dont know how to get the necessary softpac. Cant find it in the official page. Softpac SP87753.

Your HP EliteDesk 800 G2 MT should be compatible for a TPM 1.2 to TPM 2.0 upgrade: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87753.html shows "HP EliteDesk 800G2", and you can download the requested SoftPaq file through this link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87753.exe.

 

I attached a pdf instructions file how to perform the update in case you need it.
