GOOD MORNING I HAVE PROBLRM WITH MY PC. WHEN I SWITCH IT ON IT SAYS AUTOMATIC REPAIR(your pc didi not start correctly)

i tried to reset it and it says insert your window installation or recovery media to continue

now im tired can someone help me please?????

Make, Model and OS please, because - Results for " HP 15 notebook" (36618)

You may be able to get a W8 install disk from here...

Then if you can create/or have Recovery Media try the repair first.

If in doubt please ask.

i tried SYSTEM RESTORE its just loading but nothing happen

I aint big on Social Media.

You have not ID'ed the PC yet.  Nor probably tried the W8.x install disk.

You download the .iso file, create a DVD/USB and try the repair option first. 

If that fails ask again.

Download a a small exe file    like  ...  MediaCreationTool1803.exe

From/With that I can create a DVD/USB or expand it onto a Hard Disk partition.

I added HP_Drvrs to mine to simplify things. 

Some times RUFUS is recommended to make a USB.  rufus-3.1p.exe

So whether you are able create a bootable USB media or not, I know not.

Whether your machine will boot from a USB I don't know either.
