Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

GOOD MORNING I HAVE PROBLRM WITH MY PC. WHEN I SWITCH IT ON IT SAYS AUTOMATIC REPAIR(your pc didi not start correctly)

i tried to reset it and it says insert your window installation or recovery media to continue

 

now im tired can someone help me please?????
