Thanks for the reply and sharing the screenshot. Looks like the recovery manager has gone bad or has been deleted by accident.

Did you run HPSA to check for Bluetooth driver updates?

Try installing the Bluetooth driver from this link and let me know if it worked.

Keep me posted.

The driver that you provided in the link is not able to install. The SAME ERROR is coming up as i had said earlier about the installer asking to 'REMOVE' or 'UPDATE' driver(I have not yet installed the driver.)

-----------------

I firstly, had run HPSA and no bluetooth updates were available.

Thanks for the reply and trying to install the driver from the link. Recommend you try to update the driver when prompted and check.

If the issue persists, you would need to reinstall the OS on your computer using the recovery kit created on the computer.

If you have not created a recovery kit on the computer, request you contact our phone support to order a copy of the recovery kit.

Keep me posted.

Hey,I think i will have to switch back to Windows 8 as Windows 10 is not quite fast with HP laptops. The drivers seem to always give some problem while on WIndows 10.
