Hi. My laptop is hp pavilion power 15 cb005nc . My laptop will not turn on at all from today with a 90d temperature error. This error indicates that it is too hot, but I do not feel anything hot. How to fix it? I updated bios install. But nothing has changed
2. How to open bios in advenced mode

Try cleaning all the vents carefully with compressed air. It could be an issue with the cooler, sometimes the themal paste between the cpu and the cooer fails so the cpu is heating very hot but not transmitting the heat down the pipe to the fan. Can you hear the fans spin? I think there are two fans on that?

Did you re apply thermal paste when you removed the fans?
There should be stuff called thermal paste between the top of the cpu and the cooler that goes to the fan.
