The notebook does not start. In the pre-start menu, I started checking the HDD in different modes and got this picture with a proposal to contact you.

Hi,
You will need to replace the hard drive.
So what you need is a 2.5" SATA3 hard drive (max 2TB because of thickness of drive). You can get from your preferred brand such as Seagate, WD...
Example:
On page 50 of the service manual you can see the steps to replace drive:
