I reset my machine with a microsoft usb provided by HP. The error it gives me is: "MCFee antivirus says it is the error. I do not need this antivirus, so there is no problem that it does not install. Any ideas to fix this, thanks community.

I had that happen to me too the other night on a Stream 11 using the HP recovery media.
Mine failed for a different reason but the only solution I know of that will allow you to use your notebook again, would be to clean install W10.
Using another Windows PC, an an 8 GB USB flash drive, make the 64 bit installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Boot from the installation media, and when you get to the part that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.
Click Next and W10 will install. After the installation is completed, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
