Hey there !
i have Elite book 2540P NOTEBOOK
i updated version of bios after reboot her , the touch controls blocked and not working :'(
please help me !

please download and install HP Quick Launch Buttons.
After that restart your PC,
This can resolve your issue.

Hi again,
Try a Hard Reset as follows.
Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery.
Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Re-insert the battery, plug in the AC Adapter and start the notebook.
This will not effect Windows or your personal information, those steps are performed to discharge residual current in the unit.
