Updated my laptop to windows 11. After updating I can't use my usb port, Camera, And laptop won't shutdown properly.
Check driver:"
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful."
hardware driver ids:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D2F&SUBSYS_8486103C&REV_21
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D2F&SUBSYS_8486103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D2F&CC_0C0330
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D2F&CC_0C03
I tried to update hardware/driver using windows but it still not fixed.
How to fix this?

Hi:
The hardware ID you posted is for the USB 3 controller, which is why your notebook's webcam (which is USB 3 powered), and your notebook's USB 3 ports don't work.
There are no standalone USB 3 drivers.
What I suggest you do is to go to: Settings>Windows Update>Advanced Options>Optional Updates, and see if there are any optional updates that are waiting to be installed.
If there aren't, go to the device manager, click to expand The Universal Serial Bus Controllers device manager category, find the USB controller that has the driver problem, right click on it, and select Uninstall. Check the uninstall driver box and restart the PC.
Hopefully W11 will install the device correctly.
