Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi

I just did a clean install of windows 7 home premium 64 bit. Because it's a clean install I think it got rid of all the hp changes. How do I bring those back? I cannot seem to disable touch pad double tap and that light to turn off touch pad does not work. How do I fix these?

Welcome to HP community.

Check if its either a ELAN or SYNPATICS touchpad?

Open 'Device Manager' and select 'Mice and other pointing devices'.

Tell me if you see either "ELAN" or "SYNAPTICS" as the steps to resolve your concern depends on it.

Reply with the requested information for more assistance.

Cheers.
