I noticed that I can't scroll up or down the pages or use 3 fingers to see my applications with the touchpad. i used to be able to do so, but now since a few weeks it's no longer possible. How can I fix this?
Thank you.

Hey there! @Mamane54,
Please share the product number of the laptop to assist you better.
Have you tried checking with a different application or a different browser?
You cannot use three fingers to scroll on an application or a browser. However, you two fingers to scroll on the application.
Three fingers are used only to flick on an application.
In the meantime try the steps recommended below.
In the Windows search box, type TouchPad.
From the results list click TouchPad settings.
Click Additional settings.
Click the TouchPad Settings or the ClickPad Settings tab. If you have a Synaptics device, the tab includes the Synaptics icon.
You can adjust the TouchPad settings for scrolling.
Put a check mark in the check box next to scrolling to enable scrolling.
Also, put a check mark next to two finger scrolling to enable two finger scrolling.
Also, Try uninstalling the touchpad drivers from the device manager and install the latest touchpad drivers and BIOS using the HP support assistant.

Hi @A4Apollo
I noticed yesterday that the scrolling would work agin! I don't know how.
Before publishing my demand I have checked the settings like you said.
After reading your message I tried again but couldn't find all the settings you mentionned. My OS is in french.. However I tried to find the scrolling settings but couldn't find it.
I was considering uninstalling the driver but since it works again, I won't.
Thank you for your help!
