Hi,

 

After that the system worked ok for two days it started to freeze this morning.

 

Found the following error :

[TouchpointAnalyticsClientService].[1] Techpulse service manager execution check found an error during its startup. Service hpLHAgent was not found on computer '.'.

 

How can this error be solved ?
