Microsoft Windows 11

My computer: HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible

my touchpad for my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible laptop isn't responding at all (no clicking, no moving cursor).

I tried to open the "device manager" all driver looks good, except the I2C HID device. I uninstalled it according to some of the comments, but trackpad still doesn't work.

I use the HP assist and checked all drivers. It shows all latest and updated.

If i need to resintall the driver, please let me know which particular driver i need to reinstalled and how to find the driver (i did not see the driver by the name of "Trackpad")

Which one is the driver for Trackpad? Does it mean my computer lost the trackpad driver?

the trackpad recovered after the windows update. (this is the second time....2 days ago the trackpad was malfunction, windows updated and back to normal...but only last for 1 day, the trackpad back to dead).

Now the trackpad ok, but the blue screen below kept popping up. i guess driver is missing but the HP assist unable to tell me which driver is missing.
