Hi, I got my new hp laptop last month. With the laptop I ordered th hp care pack with 3 years warranty extension, this was correctly assigned to the serial number of that laptop. Due to a defect the hp customer service replaced this laptop with a new one. The care pack still is connected with the replaced, defect laptop. I openened two tickets to transfer the care pack to the serial number of the new laptop. Both times they closed it because they were not able to transfer the care pack from the replaced to the new laptop.
I cannot believe that there is no solution for such a case. Can anybody help or give me some ideas what I can do more?
Thanks,
Marc
