Product: HP pavilion p6267c

hi, im trying to restore my hp pavilion p6267c to its factory default, and i tried various methods. i looked up the serial number, i tried looking online for recovery cds, i even copied the FACTORY_IMAGE partition to a USB drive, and none of that worked. can someone please help me with a solution so i can get my hp pc to its factory defaults? my pc product id in NY591AAR#ABA

The only place I know of where you will be able to get the original HP factory image would be from this vendor at the link below:
