Recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, so I could use Desktop Remote. During the process of learning how to install/use Desktop Remote I was asked to change the computer name and add a pin to open the notebook. After I did this I was unable to open up Outlook (office 365) and my accounting software (Quickbooks) will do everything but when you attempt to email anything invoice, statement, etc the program freezes, completely non responsive, have to close by using task manager. I can no longer send or receive emails through outlook on my notebook, it can't connect to the server. I have no issues with my outlook on my phone (same emails).
The message I get while attempting to fix outlook with the microsoft repair and recovery tool (downloaded from MS) is:
Your computer's Trusted Platform Module has malfunctioned. If this error persists, contact your system administrator with the error code 80090016.
More information: https://www.microsoft.com/wamerrors (i went here but it was several pay grades above me).
Can anyone suggest my next steps to fix this issue?

@5Starr
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Based on the error message, the issue is related to Trusted Platform Module(TPM). You need to check whether your TPM works correctly. You try to back up your data and clear TPM. It will reset your security processor to its default settings. For your reference click here to know more about Device protection in Windows Security.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
