Product: HP Laptop Model 15-dy0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I got a error screen that my BIOS recovery files cannot be found or the files are corrupted.  It won't allow for a button reset and I can't access windows so my other option is to download the files from another computer onto a USB.  Problem is, on the HP website they can't find my product#, serial#, or even the model.  What can I do to recover my BIOS on my laptop and get the computer working again?
