Hi.
I'm trying to factory reset my hp stream lapto 11 so that I can give it to my sister. First i press f11 when powering on the laptop. It takes me to a screen with different options. I choose reset this pc, then - remove everthing form this computer. It takes me to another screen and I chose - fully clean the drive. It starts to load then this message appear- "Additional space is needed on the drive where windows is installed. Free up some space and try again. " I deleted alot of things from the computer and the message still appear. Can anyone help me solve this problem please.

That seems to be a frequent problem with the Stream laptops because the "hard drive" is so small there is little room for Windows to operate. It can be solved by doing a clean install of Windows 10 using media you can create yourself. If the Stream still works, then go here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media" and then follow the directions. Use this new media to then clean install Windows 10. You might need to wipe out the old install first and start with a clean drive. This should not be a problem since it will be like a new PC when completed.

I suggest that possibly that you are not doing a clean install but leaving the old install in place.
In order to do a clean install, boot to the install media, then tell the software to start the install. When you get to the approriate screen, pick custom install. At the next screen - which should then ask "Where do you want to install Windows?" pick each item on the list and then "Delete". When they are all gone, then pick "Next" down in the right lower corner.
