Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hard drive crashed and was unrecognizable to my laptop so I had to replace it. Now I am trying to order the recovery software for my laptop and am unable to. Does anyone know how to order the recovery software or download it?

Hi:

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive, that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

You will need to have access to another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer on it and a 32 GB USB flash drive.
