HP Notebook - 15-da0330tu
  • Every time I try to boot the system, it continuously restarts but do not finish. Although after some attempts it gives me the screen with commands f11, f9 etc. with their significances. So I thought If I could just use my USB drive which I created by following HP cloud recovery tools video few years ago and recover the windows. But when try to to do it. I get this screen attached for reference.

Hi

Really appreciate your response on this

Thankyou.

However I couldn't find the system extensive test option on startup menu.

I've attached the screenshot of startup menu and the options visible after pressing F2.

Could you please help me.

Hi @ImDinesh,

I see that the UEFI diagnostics is not updated.
Please perform both the test listed under F2 and if both the test pass.

Please click on this link to perform a recovery on your Laptop.  (Take a backup of the data before performing a recovery) and let me know if that fixes the issue.

It looks like the error message you are receiving is that the country code for the USB recovery media and the country code for the laptop do not match. "ABA" is the code for United States, not "ACJ". What is the product number listed in the BIOS? Is it "5CP46PA#ACJ" ? Is that the one you used when using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool?
