More information i have not included would be I have tried multiple HDD.. and it is able to run test on the HDD and it pass.. so hopefully this is some issue with my iso flash.. Also I am trying to put a SSD in this computer.. im not sure that matters but as you probably know it plugs in the same.. but not sure if any model of laptops have issues like that when using different hardware.

unfortunately after inserting the Usb and restarting the computer.. and selecting the sandisk I arrive at a screen No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key 😞

I did the 64bit version.. maybe i should have tried 32?

I don't believe 32bit vs 64bit would matter. Have you tried in all usb ports?

Yepp tried every slot.. its lighting up.. and blinking but still just says no bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key. 😕 gonna try again with making a 32bit.. just incase.. 😕 doesnt seem to want to boot from usb for some reason.. tho it detects it in the bios.. and i'm even able to select it.. to boot from it.. but the second I do i just end up back at no boot device insert boot disk and press any key..

Fingers crossed here!

Just to rule out the new hdd-if you still run into no boot device-unplug the drive and see if it will boot from the usb.
