Microsoft Windows 11

I’m trying to turn off safe mode because the system won’t let me install zoom on my computer because zoom isn’t hp approved - which doesn’t make sense.

I’d appreciate your advice.

Thank you!

Hi:

Does your notebook come with W11 in S-Mode?

If so, you can only install apps from the Microsoft Store.

You can install Zoom from the Micrsoft Store:

Zoom - One Platform to Connect - Microsoft Apps

Your other option is to switch out of S-Mode so you can install apps not found in the Microsoft Store.

See this link for how to switch out of S-Mode...
