HP 15-roo6nia notebook PC (energy star), J3R67EA display error message and I try restarting and resetting but it didn't work. I performed UEFI diagnostic test displayed failure ID: M7ML4X-7989QP-XD7V7G-61WSO3 I don't what to do and how can I create system restore online

Hi:

 

The error code means that you will need to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the hard drive R & R procedure.

You may want to consider purchasing a better performing, normally more reliable 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

 

You'll have to let me know what operating system you need to install so I can provide instructions to do that.
