I performed my HDD cloning into SSD using Macrium Reflect of Selected partitions except Local Disk
now when i boot from HDD+SSD i m able to access BIOS when i m using SSD only to boot which i have fitted internally i m unable to access BIOS while booting up my machine!!

Sorry, but the cloning of one drive to another, whether done properly or not, would have nothing to do with the ability to enter the BIOS settings.
If your PC is booting into Windows and you are able to login and run apps, then the cloning worked. IF it is NOT, then you missed one or more critical partitions during the cloning operation.

I think my BIOS is only accessible after holding my Shift button and going into UEFI settings from the prompt afterwards...
when i m booting from SSD i m unable to access bios or press Esc key to hold the booting process for prompt..

Probably a timing issue. I had used a new HP laptop a while back that came with a very fast NVME SSD -- and I found it very difficult to press the Esc key soon enough to get into the HP Startup Menu because the startup was basically instantaneous.
What eventually worked, and then only SOME of the time, was pressing the Esc key repeatedly very rapidly and THEN turning on the PC.
On older, slower PCs, it takes much longer to do the POST and boot, and there is plenty of time to interrupt that.
