Hi!
Thank you for the reply.
At this time I don't want to deal with the issue any further and have more of my time wasted dealing with something that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
IF and when I am up to continuing to try to resolve the problem I'll deal with it but have zero confidence HP phone support are going to be able solve anything.
Taking the computer into an authorized service center is not an option, nor is sending the computer to HP itself.
The only acceptable thing for me as a customer given what has happened is for HP to cover the cost of everything which would be the following:
1. Sending a box via UPS to my home to then ship the computer to HP for "repair".
2. Paying for a UPS pick up of the computer at the house to be sent to HP for "repair".
3. Pay for any repair.
4. Pay to have the "repaired" computer sent back to me UPS.
That doesn't sound very promising does it?
It's also clear based on your response you didn't read the previous posts because I had already stated HP's detection did not recognize the correct model, Product Number or the SERIAL NUMBER.
I am not going to respond any further.

HI @Stucky
Thanks for your response! We apologize for the inconvenience, but it seems the issue is still holding on tight. Don't worry, we're not giving up yet!
We've exhausted our options here, so we recommend taking the conversation to our phone support team. They'll work with you one-on-one to get the issue sorted, possibly with some remote assistance.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
I'm an HP Employee.
