There are 3 usb ports on my laptop. two are usb3.0 , one is 2.0. the two 3.0 ports dont work and havent worked since i got this. i think it may be a driver problem but i cant find a driver for them.

Install the most recent AMD graphics driver sofpaq. (at the following URL) The usb drivers are included as part of the chipset drivers within the softpaq.
You can test the ports at the firmware level by using the PC (UEFI) Diagnostics. Pres the power button and then tap the Esc key. Choose F2 from the startmenu. In the PC Diagnostics, choose the components test and then USB port.
