Product: HP Envy x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-ad0000 (8Z967AV)

I had my PC crash and had to go through the process of getting a USB recovery to hopefully put windows back on my computer and get it working. My question is if I do this will I lose all my current files and programs?

Yes, if you use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive, all data on the hard drive will be lost.
