I'm trying to change the default boot device in BIOS to boot from a USB Network Adapter. I make the change in the BIOS settings, save and exit, re-start pressing F9, but the network boot option doesn't appear in the boot order list. It seems like the BIOS setting I made didn't take. This happens repeatedly.

Also, in the BIOS boot options, there's a black right-facing arrow beside 'OS Boot Manager' - that never changes no matter what I do in the settings.

Any suggestions?
