Hello. My usb ports absolutely no longer work. when I plug in a usb key, the computer reports nothing, nothing on the screen. My camera is also not working, I have no Bluetooth anymore, and the last one is that I can no longer put the computer to sleep. My drivers are up to date, it's not a driver issue. I even did the computer reinstallation by formatting my hard drive externally on another computer, but the problem is not resolved. I've been around YouTube and Google, but nothing. I tried several manipulations, but nothing worked. Excuse me for my English, I am a French speaker. Thank you for helping me.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing multiple issues with the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I checked the failure ID you have shared, and it looks like the USB port on the computer is gone bad and needs replacement.
I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.
