Product: HP Chromebook - 14-db0023dx

I am currently having trouble accessing any Google products such ad docs, slides, etc. on my Chromebook. I can access all the files on my phone and on the Chromebook using an Incognito window. I've updated the Chrome browser and cleared all history and cookies, then restarted. Any ideas?
