I'm stumped too.

 

W10 shouldn't have even needed any storage drivers to see the disk on an Intel 10th gen notebook.

 

Are you sure the replacement disk is good?  Did you run the hard drive diagnostics test (F2)?

I put the disk in an enclosure and was able to detect it on disk management on another computer, so it seems perfectly fine. I also just did a hard drive test on the system diagnostics and it came back successful

Unfortunately, I have no idea then as to why you can't get W10 to install on the disk.
