Probook 6555b
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to register this computer (ProBook 6555b  [edit]) as having a Windows 10 Operating System because no option is provided in the dropdown.   The only options are variations of Windows 7 & Windows X S ( if I remember correctly).  I recently bought this computer and it has been upgraded to  Windows 10.  This means I can't get any upgrades from HP, & right now I am trying to get a new Base SystemsDevice driver as the OS is unable to locate it.

Your machine could be 6 or7 years old now. Normally we only register new current machines.

You still can use HPSA (HP Support Assistant) to check and download any avialable upgrades from HP.

Normally machines older than August 2013 would get less support from HP and again your machine is 6/7 years old now.

Regards.
